21.01.2022 Has your 2019/20 Levo or 2020 Kenevo had its firmware updated in the last few weeks? If not, Specialized Bicycles strongly recommend that you update your motor firmware to the latest version. To assist the update process, we are running a firmware update drop-in day on Saturday 15 August with Specialized staff members on hand all day to answer any Levo or Kenevo questions you may have. ... Please register your interest and preferred timeslot using the form below.to help us reduce waiting time and avoid having too many people instore at one time. Please note this only applies to e-MTBs with a Brose 2.1 motor - not Levos or Kenevos running generation 1 motors or Levo SLs.
