16.01.2022 STAGE 4 & Cyclespeed Good Evening! Well, what can I say - what a crazy 24hrs!... With Stage 4 coming into effect yesterday and the number of business closures announced today we wanted to take a moment a moment to let you know what was going on down at Cyclespeed and how we will be adapting! Sadly, as we are classified as 'Retail' we will be forced to close our retail operations effective 11:59pm on Wednesday Evening - this means you have two more days to come and see is for any last minute items before we close up for 6 weeks! Our workshop will be operating at full steam ahead both tomorrow & Wednesday with extra mechanics available to deal with the anticipated increase in demand. We are capable of taking on any and all last minute jobs - just give us a call or swing on past and we will sort you out! Our webstore is being updated on a daily basis with new products that are available for you to shop 24/7 from the comfort and safety of your home. Both Contactless store 'Click & Collect' as well as standard shipping is available on all orders. We will have reduced staffing in-store continuing to fulfil orders as they come through. **We have been notified that there is a possibility we may be able to continue operating the workshop side of Cyclespeed for 'essential' serving only via a contactless style drop off / pick up model. You can of course shop at any time via our website. ... We are adding products daily to our website and aim to have the entire range of products, including spare parts and bikes available for you to purchase from the comfort and safety of your own home! We offer daily shipping as well as contactless in store pickup on all purchases. If you need something you dont see listed online simply give us a call or send us an email and we will do our best to help you out! Based on the information we have available to us we are able to continue operating our workshop for essential Maintainence via appointment only. We have created an online booking portal that allows you to book in for this. We will operate a contactless drop off / pickup system to deal with this repairs. At this stage we have opened up Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays for any essential maintenance work you may require. Our phone & email will still be manned during this period.
