Yesterday (19/11) I believe I had the best customer service that I have had anywhere in years!! I entered with an unusual bike part (crankset for an "AutoBike") to speak with your bicycle mechanics. After a courteous response from the first mechanic (sorry, didn.t get his name) he went to Bo to discuss. Bo spent time discussing the part explaining how to pull down and rebuild it also noting tools needed and recommended grease. He was couteous and took his time. I was stunned how your staff treated me and I am very grateful. I am sure these staff put your company in a great light and already I have told my story to others so as to recommend the mechanics at Cyclestation. Please pass on my thanks again to your staff.
