David came to us wanting to fulfil a long-held desire of riding a Bianchi, which would take over the mantle of his primary ride from his now ageing BMC SL01 (Yes, one of the original versions with the beautiful lugs). While initially interested in an Aria, after consultation it was agreed that an Infinito CV would be the best match for him. Already knowing he wanted a Dura-Ace group and a Selle Italia Flite Gel saddle, we then proceeded with ...advising on final component selection and once all those lovely components arrived it was off to the workshop to arrive at this little beauty. Frame: Bianchi Infinito CV Group: Shimano Dura-Ace Wheels: Fulcrum Zero Nite Bar: 3T Superergo LTD Stealth Stem: Thomson X2 Tape: Bianchi Drops Post: 3T Zero25 LTD Stealth Saddle: Selle Italia Max SLR Gel Superflow Pedals: Shimano Dura-Ace Tyres: Vittoria Rubino Pro Through the fitting process it was found that the initially requested Flite Kit Carbonio Flow saddle was lacking in padding compared to the older Flite model on his BMC, something that we had anticipated and it was replaced with a Max SLR Gel Superflow that had already been ordered as an alternate.
