10.01.2022 Hi Everyone. It's been a busy year at the farm. We are looking forward to this year with more hard work and busy times ahead. Who has seen our story on Back Roads? Would love to hear your thoughts.

09.01.2022 The First Harvest has commenced! Delicious Grey Oyster Mushrooms and Shitake. The first grade fresh gourmet mushrooms are for sale for wholesalers, retails and restaurants. Second grade mushrooms are available through the Farmers Markets and for bulk purchases.

09.01.2022 It's been a while since we made our last post as we have been busy growing. We are pleased to say that the farm is buzzing. You can now enjoy our delicious Grey Oyster mushrooms and the Shiitake are finally ready to be devoured. We will be at the Farmers Market in Hobart again this Sunday. You can also purchase our mushrooms at several retailers around Hobart and enquire about larger orders with us directly via email at [email protected]!
