22.01.2022 With the warm days we have had and the rain you will need to keep an eye on your chlorine levels. Make sure you are running your pumps and filtering for at least 6 hours per day.

19.01.2022 CYGNET CUSTOMERS On Tuesday 31st December we will be closing the shop at 1.00pm or earlier for NYE. We have also been notified that we will have NO POWER on that day. As a result we will unfortunately only be doing cash sales and basic Salt, pH & Chlorine tests. We apologise for any inconvenience. 12.01.2022 After the storm last week we have had over 200 orders for Flocculant. Yesterday we received 20 boxes and we called about 150 people letting them know there order is in. Today I am please to let you know we have filled all orders and we are fully stocked! Come in and get you Floc and Clarifier. Eddy and I stayed back stocking the shelve ready for you tomorrow!

07.01.2022 What a crazy time we are having. Here at Cygnet emotions are running rampant. Our phone and collect is running well. Katie and I are enjoying our Wednesday and Friday afternoons sorting out orders and meeting people at our back door! Joe and Kay have been busy working on quotes. Kay has loved working in her garden. Rowan has been enjoying time at home with his beautiful girls and doing some emergency work. Eddy(Esta) has been doing lots of walking, if you see him ...out and about around Knox say g’day to him. Leanne has been enjoying her garden and getting it ready for spring. Nathan,Toby and Angelo have fallen off the radar! They are MIA. We have not heard from them! Now I come to the very exciting part of our news ..... Michael and his partner Zori got engaged big Congratulations to them! .. the second announcement we have to make is that Colin, our regular service technician and his wife, Anna have just had their first baby.
