21.01.2022 Last chance to get orchid plants! Today is the final day of the display and trading table being held at Port Plaza Shopping Centre, which has been a tremendous success. Your next chance to purchase plants will be at our next event, the Spring Show, which will be held at West Lakes Shopping Centre from Monday 31st August to Sunday 6th September.

15.01.2022 We are hosting a new event starting tomorrow 6th August - 8th August at the newly renovated Port Plaza Shopping Centre, Port Adelaide. There will be a beautiful cymbidium orchid display and lots of plants for sale on our trading table. Please come and support this fabulous club. Open normal shopping centre trading hours.

13.01.2022 . The Cymbidium Orchid Club of South Australia's Munno Para display and trading table is currently being held at the Munno Para Shopping Centre, 600 Main North Road, Smithfield. Ends Saturday 18th. Attention members: After a wonderfully successful day of trading yestersay, we urgently need more plants! If you can't get them to Munno Para, please ring Peter Aigner Muehler.

11.01.2022 The latest edition of Cymbidium News, our monthly newsletter, is now available from the website. http://www.cymorchidssa.com.au/ The Munno Para trading table and display was a huge success, with all plants sold quickly.

08.01.2022 Attention all members: confirmation of upcoming events The Munno Para display and trading table for three days is confirmed, with put in next week on Wednesday 15th July at 5:30pm and take 18th July at 5pm. Our July meeting and limited Winter Show is confirmed at Burnside on 22nd July. Put in for show plants will be at 6:30 pm. There will be restrictions on things you can and cannot do, which will be spelled out in a separate cover. The meeting will start at 8 pm.... There will be a new display and trading table event at the new Port Plaza shopping centre. Put in will be 5:30 pm Wednesday 5th of August and take out will be 5 pm Saturday 8th August. The Westlakes Spring Show and trading table is now confirmed. Put in will be Sunday 30th August at 5 pm and take out will be Sunday 6th September at 5 pm. There will be limitations on our displays and number of people manning the trading table and restrictions on what we can and cannot do. Please note: Sunday is correct.

06.01.2022 July Meeting/ Winter Show. We managed to have our first monthly meeting since the restrictions around the COVID-19 Virus have been in place. It was a very successful meeting with over 60 members attending, though it was a little frustrating to have to be so careful to practice social distancing procedures at all times. This year we were not able to conduct a Winter Show as we usually do, so we had a mini show at the meeting. Flower numbers were way down on what we would have seen if we had conducted a regular show, but there were some really nice, high quality flowers presented. Flower of the night was ((Albryant x Mem Patsy Bauman) x Purely Dreaming.

04.01.2022 The display of the Cymbidium Orchid Club of South Australia at the Munno Para Shopping Centre is in full swing right now. The Trading Table has been particularly successful today, with more than 150 quality plants being sold. Any members with plants suitable for selling on the table is asked to take them there tomorrow. We need lots more please.
