10.01.2022 I made the decision on Monday to close my osteopath clinic for the moment, in light of the COVID-19 situation. With increasing government guidelines regarding social distancing and stay at home directives, I could not continue to provide, with a clear conscience, face to face, hands on treatment and risk the spread of this virus. This is a difficult decision for me as, I believe, osteopathic treatment is needed now more than ever. However this is the best decision for me, my... family and close community. 08.01.2022 I will be back in clinic next week from Wednesday 24th June. I am still located within Northern Rivers Pilates but we have moved to a new location: Ground Floor, 210 Keen St, Lismore New space but offering same caring and nurturing environment providing safe and effective osteopathic treatment with a naturopathic underpinning to reduce pain, and improve health and wellbeing ... It goes without saying that my clinic as well as the pilates studio will be adhering to strict cleaning and screening protocals for Covid 19. So please stay home if you are unwell. 05.01.2022 I am settling into my new space in within Northern Rivers Pilates and am busier than ever helping people to stay well during this crazy time. Unless you live in a cave we all know the Covid drill but here is a reminder: Please wash you hands before you come into clinic and when you leave. You can do so in our bathroom. I also have hand sanitiser in my room for your use. As always I am practicing hand hygeine and changing towels and gowns between each patient. I am disinfectin...g contact areas on treatment table between each patient and throroughly cleaning all high contact areas daily. Please DO NOT come in for your appointment: If you, or an immediate member of your household, been identified as a contact of anyone with Covid 19 in the last 2 weeks. If you, or a immediate member of your household, are experiencing a fever, cough, sore throat, sneezing, difficulty breathing, loss of taste or smell. Get tested. If you, or any of your household, are under mandatory isolation or awaiting Covid 19 test results. If you have returned from overseas travel, Melbourne or Sydney. As it is impossible to practise physical distancing while treating you I will be wearing a mask. I have masks for you to wear too if you require one. By applying these measures I can hope we all stay safer and healthier so I can continue to offer you the best in osteopathic treatment through this challenging time. 02.01.2022 Emerging from the confines of the last month feeling recharged and grounded. Since hibernating my osteo clinic 3 weeks ago the site of my clinic has closed and I will be relocating to a new home which may take a while. In the meantime I am available for home visits.
