He has just won an award for his latest book "Traitors and Spies" from the Australian Institute of Professional Intelligence Officers (AIPIO) for their 2020 Publication Award. Well done John! The former intelligence professional judges politicians, officials, military chiefs and intelligence officers by the standards of his profession. Every year here at The Happy Tooth Muswellbrook John from Cynergex Group comes up to provide t...he practice with Medical Emergency Training. This ensures all our staff Dentists, nurses and receptionists are up to date and prepared for any emergency.

16.01.2022 Our updated "Medical Emergencies Guidelines for Dental Practice" and "Medical Emergencies Guidelines for General Practice" have been approved by our Clinical Committee and will be going to print next week. We have added new sections and flow chart algorithms to assist dentists and GPs to manage those patients who may require their assistance. Our clinical team have been working on the new design for two months refining and seeking feedback from our clinicians including gene...ral practitioners, dentists, anaesthetists and paramedics. The new guidelines for General Practice will be launched at the Sydney GPCE in May this year. Below are pictures of the mock-ups made by our printer .....each booklet will be bound and cut by hand.....thank you Paul from Shire Print.....we are looking forward to the final copies next month.

06.01.2022 Last night we had our Christmas Party. This year John and I decided to have the event at our home and to get in catering. We are over being stuffed into a restaurant unable to speak to everyone there! We all had a great time. The food started with a tasting plate created by Josephine, Miki Hawkinsons and myself! We had fantastic caterers Paella Amor! Nothing was too much trouble for Paella Amor. From the booking to the night everything was easy. What made it very spec...ial was that John and I could spend a relaxing evening with our fantastic team. David and Norman created a feast! Dave did the cooking and Norman waited on us all night. Thank you boys for making the evening so good! Merry Christmas to all our friends and associates. We hope you all have a safe and happy Christmas and New Year! We are pleased to announce that today we had our audit and we passed with flying colours! No Major or Minor Non-compliances, a Significant Strength identified (Understanding our clients requirements and obtaining their feedback) and a few opportunities for improvement! An excellent outcome for our first quality audit under the new ISO system. The... auditor complimented us on having a very mature system and excellent customer focus. Well done to all our team who work so hard to ensure we provide quality training, education and services to our clients. A special mention to Allison Fahey, who is our Quality Manager and has been working for over 12 months on developing and improving our management systems!
