It will nourish you on every level, leaving your mind, body and spirit restored. We’ll begin with some floor-based stretches, connecting us to present moment awareness through gentle movement. This will be followed with guided breath-work, to centre and ground ourselves. We’ll then move into a resto...rative yoga practice, which will soothe our nervous system and bring our entire being into balance. We invite you to give yourself this time, away from all external demands and busyness, to drop into a place of calm, and to rest and replenish. No previous yoga experience is necessary to enjoy this workshop. Please feel free to bring a blanket and cushion from home for extra comfort, and an eye pillow if you have one. We cannot wait to nurture you.

Scullin: Yin/Yang - Tuesday’s at 9:30 AM Yin/Yang 75 - Saturday’s at 4:00 PM Live Stream: Ying/Yang - Sunday’s at 9:30 AM What is Yin/Yang? We need both Yang and Yin elements, for a balanced yoga practice which assists in balancing energy, flexibility and strength. Our Yin/Yang Yoga blends two styles of yoga into one practice bringing together the benefits of passively holding yoga poses with more dynamic sequences and standing postures. Yin Yoga is a slower practice where poses are passively held for long period, it works on the deep, dense (Yin) connective tissues and joints in the body. Yang Yoga, in contrast, refers to a more active yoga practice. This works on the (Yang) muscles and blood flow, building strength, stamina and flexibility. Yang styles of yoga are those with rhythm and repetition like Vinyasa and PowerFlow. Expect to feel release at the end of this invigorating practice.
