Brian was a familiar face around the pony club community bringing his amazing horse stories and coaching talent to many clubs but holding Oaklands as one of his favourites. Thank you for guiding so many riders and members with their horses. Thank you for leading the way for the DC’s that followed in your footsteps. Facilities include 2 all weather menages, horse washes, a cross country course and 300 acres of lovely country to ride over , when Stage 4 lifts of course. There are also more riding opportunities ...over the road in Gellibrand State Park . 19.01.2022 It’s with a heavy heart that we advise all members of the passing of Pauline Edwards aged 94. Pauline was a life member of OPC and a wealth of knowledge for all our members. A founding member of the club who held almost every committee position over her time to make Oaklands what it is today. Rest easy Aunty Pauline- you will be missed Pictured is Pauline cutting the cake for Pony Club Australia’s 80th birthday celebrations where we acknowledged ‘living legends’.
