18.01.2022 As a PT and powerlifting coach, I see a lot of people come to me with tight hips. Often people struggle hitting squat depth or roll in at the knees when they squat. This could be from a few things but mainly hip mobility. Here's a few exercises you can try if this is you. If you don't have a trx use a towel in a door or resistance band. . . Try pigeon pose and child's pose for further mobility. (vid 2)



11.01.2022 Awesome session this morning ath the park. Started off with a game of noodle tag, followed by a simple amrap session with shuttleruns and Bodyweight exercises working the whole body. The surrender squats made it look like I was running a prison of war camp. We all had to laugh!
