23.01.2022 In continuation with our District Leadership Team (DLT) Series, our Club Growth Director (CGD), Namrita Anchan, tells us what she's looking forward to in her new role. "I learned about the 3As during the Toastmasters International District Leadership Training that took place recently. I believe that if I am able to learn the 3As as D73 CGD, and help my leadership team adapt these too, it will serve as one of my biggest learning experiences.... The role of CGD is one of the most interesting roles as one needs to focus on the details while planning the big picture. Therefore, in the next couple of months my plan is to create a core big picture for our leaders (that is, CGD Extended Team & Area Directors) to serve their clubs better, resulting in growth across the District. One of my major focus areas is setting clear expectations for our Team Chairs as this goes a long way in building a strong and dynamic team." What would you look to learn in a leadership role? #leadershipdevelopment #leadershiprole #leadership #District73 #toastmasters #leadershiplessons
