19.01.2022 ARE YOU READY ITS TIME FOR - SPIN DA WHEEL Its Friday Afternoon, lets have some FUN!!! CIRCUS THEME... Join our hosts Mike and Pat for some high energy fun. You'll need a clear location in your living room or bedroom. - 2-3 tennis balls - 1 hula hoop - 1-2 Ribbons Slow movements are better than fast! Concentrate on your breathing and have fun! For your whole library of videos and games head over to our Online Parents Portal, its FREE Head to www.dafitclub.com.au #dafitclub - 9:30am each morning I'd like you all to join me LIVE with an Acknowledgement of Country and a brain charger. - 10:30am we will launch a class or video prepared for children in the early childhood age bracket and their parents. At 2:30pm, we'll have something for all ages designed for all ages young and older and oldest. We'll post a list of things you'll need for each activity in our story's each morning. With so many families facing uncertainty, we wanted to offer some regularity for the weeks to come for FREE.
