24.01.2022 Hi everyone, As promised we have been working hard on changing up our entire business and introducing some new systems to better our communications and having a log when booking in our customers. When you phone or SMS regarding work and times we will be placing these straight into google calendar so our workers get notified on there phone instantly when and where they have to be. We also have the business phone that will be manned between 7am-5pm Monday to Friday. Outside th...ese hours please leave a voicemail and we will return phone calls during business hours.. 08.01.2022 Hi everyone, we will be taking a break over Christmas we will be closed from 21st December and recommencing Monday the 4th January!!! During this closed period we will be completing a complete re-structure of the business to better service our customers. We will have a dedicated phone number to better ensure someone is manning the phone between 8am-5:30pm Monday to Friday to ensure better customer service. This year has given us a better understanding of what we need to do... to fix these small teething problems as far as communication and booking of jobs goes. 03.01.2022 So we are back in action as of tomorrow with some big changes. To help things move along smoothly we will now have Every Thursday as our dedicated carpet cleaning days, so for those whom are looking at getting there carpets deep cleaned for the new year please feel free to book this in with us for a time suitable on a Thursday.
