Over three weeks in May, participants of the challenge will complete 3,046 push-ups in total, representing the number of lives lost in Australia due to suicide in 2018. The goal is to help reduce the number of Australian lives being lost to suicide by increasing awareness of mental health in the community and raising funds for @headspace_aus. This challenge is a great way to promot...e fitness, mental health and community spirit while raising funds for a worthy cause. This challenge is an innovative way to bring some fun, excitement and team connection into the home office during this difficult time.
