I’ve been using tipper trailers like these for years and only recently bought one and never new how to really tip it properly til a random bloke at the dump told me. 21.01.2022 Old vs new. Old internal hot water unit was ageing and was too big and power hungry for the news of the house. Relocate the units position which was on a hot water ring main and replaced it for smaller, younger, stainless steel model . 16.01.2022 A nice little stormwater job today. Digging out the old 40 year old gravel pit to make brand new again. Catching runoff from the kennels and running it all to a main gravel pit with a pump well in it so it to then pumped all over the property.

Heaps of tidy copper work, 11 cold water mains and 10 gas mains all heading up to the meters above passing through the fire pump room below. 03.01.2022 So when a job gets completed by licenced plumbers and inspected and passed by council you would think it would be done correctly. But then a hot water system discharging into a safety tray gets picked up by a building and pest inspector. So it needed to have its own drain to keep the tray dry and the job done to code. #doitrightthefirsttime
