18.01.2022 Just finished what feels like the longest 18hour day I could do, let me start by saying I didn't go to my traditional day job and work 18 hours. I got up at 4:45am had coffee and listened to my Audio book, then trained clients from 5:30am-10am with slight breaks in between. Helped get the kids off to school and started my dad and son day with my little man (7 months old). Had a series of little hiccups regarding getting to the bank to open a new Business account (insert sal...es pitch for Dad Bod Sups) I got to the shops just to literally come straight home as my mother in law needed help with something pretty urgent. Got that sorted and then went back to the shops. To just get told by the bank no one can see you till 2pm (meeting will go for an hour) which I can't do because school pick up is 3pm can't really leave a 6yr and 5yr at school for 20mins. So I come home and try and be productive (alot harder when your 7 month is thrown out of sleep pattern) so more hiccups and such I get the kids come home and stsrt sorting them out regarding chores and tasks to be completed. I get that done and get my eldest onto her push bike because if I don't she won't learn. After 30mins of tears and 1 pretty epic stack we got it almost down pat, I then take my middle girl around the yard to complete her chores. Then clients from 5pm-7pm, come up have dinner and then head off to a biz meeting (insert sales pitch for sups ) came home had a quick debrief with my partner and should be showering but instead writing this post Seriously what a day again what hat's do you wear on a day by day basis.

18.01.2022 I will be 100% honest with you and you can judge but honesty is important (no vulgar or just rude comments needed) I don't always feel this way it can take me up 30 minutes to feel that recharge when I see my family. If you are the same don't stress your not alone. A technique I have used in the past is to take a moment and sir in my car breath and talk to myself about how I want to be/feel when I walk in the door.

17.01.2022 Day two of the week and you know what motivation is LOW! Smashed a good session last night but didn't sleep well, sleep can have such a huge impact on frame of mind and your emotions. Sometimes you just jeed a good sleep So I started my day with a 20min walk, trained my clients and now Im treating myself to a Hair Cut and Beard Trim Core Benefits Toowoomba.

15.01.2022 Man who to think an extra gour sleep could make such a difference . Last night my little man was up for his feed at 1:30am, I didn't get him back down till 3am. Already that's a challenge in it's self, most mornings I train client's from 5:30am so for it is not always worth going back to bed. Fortunately today I didn't have any client's so I got the little man into bed and then 2 of our smoke alarms start to chirp. So yep today started off average, but thanks to my beautiful... partner I was able to sleep in till 7:15am and I feel AMAZING . Sometimes you need a sleep in and sometimes you need to GET UP AND MOVE! Listen to your body it normally knows what it needs. Guess I can't be mad when your this cute. Shout out to all the dad's that get in and get it done, YOU GUYS ROCK

13.01.2022 What hat do you wear today? Today is my Day off from my traditional job (9-5) but I still train clients 5:30am-10am. I also have a business meeting at 8pm tonight . But my main "job" is my Son today.... Now I know alot of guy's feel the same way and I also know alot of guy's who don't agree with the Job statement because he is MY SON as well. But if we are looking at from a Hat wearing Task completing process, technically it is a job and I have to wear three plus different hat's. So what hat's do you need to wear today and how do you cope with these roles in your life?

10.01.2022 How much can food influence my MOOD, EMOTIONS and HEALTH? I had dinner last night and as I was sitting just waiting for my meal to settle I thought about how I was feeling and of course if I wanted dessert, I just ate a moderate serving of Chinese which included rice and a meat dish. I had about two medium size portions and thought I was still hungry but I will wait for dessert and indulge in that, but as I sat there and waited I noticed I got fuller and fuller to the point t...hat if I had dessert I would feel really uncomfortable and probably a little sick. To add to it I have noticed over the last couple of years I have developed intolerances to certain foods such as Gluten and Dairy, so as i sat there I felt genuinely shitty with the fact i was really full and actually very bloated/uncomfortable, I also remembered hat the night before I had Ice cream at home and also felt really bloated and actually pretty crappy about it. So long story short YES FOOD can have a massive affect on my MOOD, EMOTIONS and HEALTH! If I ate less of the food that I knew would bloat me and make feel crappy towards my body and how it looked with my gut poking out since I was obviously bloated and must be having a mild reaction to the food. I want to challenge you to write a list of foods that you know after eating make you feel CRAPPY and ask WHY DO I EAT THEM STILL? A healthy lifestyle is not about saying NO but sometimes you need to do exactly that. Thanks for reading legends.

What I mean by that is this: We ask the question but how often do we REALLY ANSWER IT HONESTLY, I know when I was in my darkest times I certainly DID NOT answer this correctly. I lied to myself and those that asked me, I thought in order to show I was Strong and a MAN I didn't need to admit I wasn't ok or show that I was hurting and struggling. I was so wrong and so far from the truth admitting you are NOT OK is MANLY and one of the Strongest things you can do! I know some of you right now as you read this post are NOT OK, I also know some of you won't admit this out loud. So here it is I guys R U OK? If you are NOT ok that's cool I get that as I have also been there, so if you don't want to admit it out loud that's fine but don't lie to yourself!
