21.01.2022 Well, Happy New Year (I know - a little slow on the uptake). Another year is upon us and the kids are back at school, the work routine has returned and all those "occasions" are looming all too closely on the calendar. Retail land starts buzzing as the trade fairs are close at hand (but I'll report on those post-event). Love comes front and centre on Feb. 14 for Valentines Day (although, let's face it, shouldn't it be front and centre all year round?). So, if you want to lav...ish that special someone with something other than your sparkling personality and razor-sharp sense of humour.......... Peace and love everyone. Wayne.

20.01.2022 So, we all know we love our mothers (for those of us lucky enough to still have one with us). And we try and show them how much we love them in many and varied ways (OK, the family portrait hand-made from various types of pasta seemed like a good idea at the time) but one of the best ways is to open the wallet and buy her something special and gorgeous on her special day (Mothers Day...........I'm talking about Mothers Day!!). Here are few things that can be added to the list. There's no such thing as too much love. You know that, don't you?

01.01.2022 Wow, where does time go?? A HUGE apology for the gap since my last post. After the Trade Fairs it has been a blur of ordering and receiving beautiful new items for the store, and here we are in November with the countdown to the guy in the big red suit well and truly on. So.....I will attempt to make it up by providing regular posts on new products (and some old favourites) that can help fill the stockings, sacks and pillowcases that will be dusted off and nestled under the t...ree (which hopefully isn't still up from last year!!) With all the craziness that is about to be unleashed the one thing we will all need, (apart from alcohol), is a calming cup of tea to ease the nerves and revitalise us for the next chore / party / shopping spree. While stocks last I have the gorgeous Littlephant teapots, in waves or feathers pattern, down from $99.95 to $79.95. Fill them with our new range of teas from Te' in an assortment of fabulous flavours made from organic ingredients. Then pour the fragrant beverage (I think I've just channeled Nigella) into a Clover "dot" teacup and saucer set from Milk and Sugar. Finally, make the occasion special by serving it all on a "Venice" or "Paris" tray from Searles Homewares. So 'till next time........be generous to one another. Wayne.
