03.01.2022 12 things Ive learned from 12 years of coaching 1: Health and Fitness is a forever thing. - 2: Restrictive diets, meal plans and hardcore training programs are not the answer for 99% of people.... - 3: Small consistent changes eventually become BIG changes. - 4: Most people have a general idea of what to do.. They just need a little bit of leadership, a map and a lot of accountability(excuses are rampant). - 5: Sustainability and adherence are key. - 6: Some people need to hit rock bottom before they make their health a priority. - 7: Motivation comes and goes. Those who succeed dont rely on motivation to do the work. - 8: Rules for success in fitness (discipline, patience, consistency, hard work) apply to every other area of your life. - 9: Those who pay, pay attention.
