05.01.2022 Dad’s Fudge One of my most treasured memories when I think of fudge and where my passion started, takes me back to my childhood. Young and excited as I walk into grandmas house and the delicious sweet aromas that welcomed me coming from Grandmas little kitchen. I was so patient, knowing that if my brother and I behaved and waited long enough we would soon get a spoon each to sample. Of course this was purely for quality control. Grandma Doris was synonymous with making f...udge and the high standards she held her self too. I was fortunate enough to be entrusted with this skill, the passion and the know how handed down too me from Grandma, Years have passed and with them so has my beloved Grandma, however the tradition is still well alive and now its my children who eagerly wait for their spoon to sample the goods and quality control, my toughest critics are easily won over. I have kept Grandmas traditional Russian fudge recipe but added some new twists to the ever growing list of family favourites. I welcome you to enjoy and be apart of keeping this tradition alive.
