16.01.2022 What a 'show season' we've had! 9 weeks!!! Results for the Best-in-show Best Standard - sdg 1017 Derrick Turbitt... Best 3-bloom sdg 0825 by Derrick Turbitt Best mini (by 1 vote) N triandrus triandrus by Derrick Turbitt Bit of a landslide there, but nice to know there's show-winning breeding happening on our doorstep as all the seedlings are Derrick's own breeding. 07.01.2022 First daffodil out for the season - Tahi, given to us by John McLennan last year. He gave us Tahi (One) Rua (Two) and Toru (Three) and said they usually flowe...r in that order. Well they flowered 3,2,1 but this year the order has been restored - the only one that looks like flowering at this stage. See more

05.01.2022 As we approach winter it's great to have some daffodils in flower. In these photos we have our first bulbocodium to bloom, cantabricus foliosus, GM19-01 (panizzianus OP) and the smallest member of the family inspecting the flowers.

Henk is constantly checking the fields to see how they develop.
