24.01.2022 Hello DAF's C.C. Fans! I'm VERY SORRY for the long lapse in time between Facebook posts on my DAF's C.C. Facebook page! I have had a lot on my plate, in the early parts of this year [2019] and this has resulted in a small time missing in communicating to all you DAF's C.C. followers!! Thanks for waiting though!!... You're too kind!!... The first post I want to share, is this MAGNIFICENT SIZE "BLACK BREAM" I caught at APOLLO BAY over my 2018/2019 Christmas Holiday 6 week perio...d!! It's the BIGGEST BREAM I'VE EVER CAUGHT IN MY LIFE, and in-fact the BIGGEST "REAL TIME [Non-Magazine Photo or Non-Paper Picture]" BREAM I've ever seen caught by a person in my life!! AND GUESS WHAT??!!... I actually caught it on "FLY FISHING EQUIPMENT/FISHING GEAR!!" I didn't even catch it on normal/conventional Fishing Equipment/Gear!! So you can IMAGINE the MASSIVE FIGHT it put up, I had to strip my "Weight Forward Fly Line" back thru Quite a Reasonably light Fly Rod, as it is actually a "TROUT FLY ROD AND REEL COMBO" and Trout Fly Equipment/Gear is the lightest Fly Fishing Equipment/Gear you can purchase... SALT WATER Fly Equipment/Gear is the FAR STRONGER OR HEAVIER, type Fly Combo Setup that people Fish with or you may have seen on T.V. or Fished with your-self as the other option available!!... Because BREAM are and INCREDIBLY, INCREDIBLY SLOW GROWING SPECIES OF FISH, an estimation of it's age would be Approx. 16 to 20 years old people believe!! Also, if you are concerned a Fish of that age has to die for a meal... DON'T WORRY I PERFORMED A: "CATCH AND RELEASE" with the Big Bream, I just was lucky enough to get a photo first!! I wasn't able to weight it, nor measure it, but it was close to 2.00Kg to 2.25Kg and APPROX. 56cm to MAYBE 60cm Long!! MASSIVE BEAST THIS FISH WAS!!!... So anyway, here are the photos, I hope you enjoy them as much as I did catching the "BIG, BEAUTIFUL - BLACK BREAM - FROM APOLLO BAY!!" Thanks DAF's C.C. 21.01.2022 Hello Friends of DAF's Coffee Connoisseurs!! I am now back from a 3 Month Holiday Down the East Coast of Australia.... We started at Cook Town QLD, and visited all main Cities straight down the East Coast of Queensland N.S.W. and around the South East of Victoria E.g. Gippsland and Lakes Entrance!!... The holiday was mainly to allow me to fish the East Coast of Australia... I accomplished this!! I'm Happy!!
