13.01.2022 AAARiiiiiiiiba Homemade Mexican!I used plantlifefoodco bbq jackfruit pieces they come in a smoky bbq sauce it was was the Star of this dish and made for the best quesadillas everrrrr! I spread the jackfruit on a wrap then sprinkled over some sheesh shredded cheese and some bbq sauce then put a wrap on the top. Cook both sides on a low heat until cheese melts and then plate up and dip in some dairyfreedownunder_ sour cream. These were so much better than I anticipated. The jackfruit is a fruit but it has a pulled cooked meat texture. Will be stocking up on this for sure #quesadilla #jackfruit ( # @moonabailey )
