20.01.2022 wow, so NEVER did I think I would be writing this note. There is a flower shortage!! Due to the excessive amount of flowers being ordered around Australia, because of people not being able to visit- sending flowers seems to be the number one choice (as we do same day delivery, which the gift companies and department stores can't do) and the colossal amount ordered for Mother's day has left us bloomless for a few days, ... The COVID virus has caused very few flowers being imported, and all the florists that used to buy imports, not caring about Australian Grown Flowers are now buying the local ones, so we have more orders and less flowers - this equals unhappy customers and stressed florists. So for this week... hopefully only this week, we are asking for understanding and patience, I have turned off the option of being able to order online for Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday through to Saturday I will have the option of seasonal bouquets of floral or wildflowers, until the flowers have had a chance to grow a little more.

06.01.2022 Update Dear AILEEN, Test on 18/08/2020 RESULT: COVID-19 virus was NOT DETECTED... They must be working through the night getting the tests done Yeah, so i will back probably friday as i still feel like rubbish! ok, so I have figured out how to get a couple days off work ... catch a cold when there is a pandemic on!!! Sorry to tell you, I have had a precautionary COVID test, and the results can take up to 72 hours, so for a couple of days we are closed. I haven't been in contact with any known COVID positive people, been to Melbourne, attended any protests, gone a cruise or attended any big parties recently. I do get my temp checked regularly and its a perfect 36.5 for weeks now. So see you in a few days, I hope :) take care Aileen
