12.01.2022 Iso has lots of people talking Australian made, Australian owned, which is a very good thing. Sad to see this morning that one of the big supermarkets has pulled an Australian peanut butter from its shelves as it wasn't selling... and yet reading comments lots of people appear to love it. Without a doubt that particular peanut butter wouldn't have had prime shelf space or been pushed in the supermarket's marketing. Shameful really. Its important we push for what we want ra...ther than leaving product decisions purely to the big supermarkets. Buying Australian matters. Australian producers matter. And we, the consumers, are the ones that have to push - demand - that we want Australian. No point paying lipservice and yet buying non Australian to my way of thinking. This is one of the reasons our products are in Ritchies IGA Supermarkets. We believe in Australian made. We believe in local. We believe in independents. So do Ritchies. In fact some of the stores (if not all) have Australian made aisles. Store your scarves in a place where there is no direct sunlight otherwise you may find the colours fade. ... It’s also a good idea to avoid places that are prone to damp. I roll all my scarves and store them in a fabric box on a shelf in my closet, it’s dark, dry, and I can easily pull the box out to see what I have.
