24.01.2022 Can I still exercise if I get muscle cramps? Of course you can. It just depends on the type of activity or sport which causes your cramps In our previous post we outlined the causes of cramps.... Once we know the cause of the muscle cramp, exercise can be modified in terms of exercise intensity, frequency of days of exercise (rest days may be required for recovery) and even type of exercise (strength, endurance or power).

10.01.2022 IS MY MATTRESS DESTROYING MY BACK?? The answer is not so simple! But it can play a large part in a sore lower back, especially if you are waking with pain in the morning.... We spend ONE THIRD of our day sleeping (8 hours of sleep). That is a lot of time in one position! If your mattress places your spine in a less than optimal or "neutral" position, your discs and joints may be getting aggravated over time. This is compounded by poor pillow choice, poor sleeping position, body weight and pre-existing spinal injuries or degeneration. We recommend a medium to firm mattress for most body types to maintain this "neutral" alignment.
