15.01.2022 Dakota Design: Building Design: Utopia Night Club. The building was square so a curved front was designed and added with balconies. A 16 beam Sky Cannon was to be mounted in the stainless steel crown shining as a beacon to the Northbridge entertainment area. 2000sqm [two floors] of futuristic fantasy night club experience offering many spectacular theatrical features that were never seen including an hydraulically operated DJ console that rose from the ground floor to the fi...rst floor through a large opening playing to the whole club in concert mode. This project was built and almost fully fitted out by 'Dakota Interiors' but was never completed due to the clients company collapsing suddenly with no reprieve. The interior was re-designed for new owners yet again it was never realised to completion as due to a massive land price rise in Perth, the building was sold for immediate profit.
