20.01.2022 Ok people i had a arm session last friday and did a recording of a tricep exercise i did, the reason im posting this is to point out that there is a different way to do skull crushers, if you are like me and find it hard to keep the elbows in this is a good way to hit them as you will see in the video the arm and the elbow stay in a nice straight line therefore hitting the tricep better.

I first started training with jamie in january after training on my own for a year my workouts had become stale and boring i was struggling going up in weight and found that i was plateauing with my same old routine I approached jamie and we discussed my goals and came up with a time frame Since training with jamie i have accomplished more than i thought i could do and enjoy every session as we always try different things no workout is the same so it always keeps it interesting I can confidently go into the gym and lift heavy knowing my form and technique is good thanks to what jamie has taught me I am more than happy with my results so far and look forward to seeing how much more i can achieve with jamie Thanks for all your support and help mate Tom
