25.01.2022 A fabulous morning at the pool for our Prep to Year 3 swimming carnival. Lots of fun in both the little pool and big pool with an overall win to Waratah. Watch out for this week’s newsletter which will have more photos of the morning. Great job everyone! Thanks to all our wonderful Year 6 students who helped so willingly. #lovedalbysouth #winforthereds

25.01.2022 Our Year 5 and 6 Touch teams are looking forward to the NRL Touch Footy comp this Friday. At their last training session, Mitch even brought a few extra Broncos development guys to help teach the students it's all about enjoyment - you need to enjoy what you do, keep it fun and inclusive for all members of the team. A huge thanks to all the students who give up their Friday morning to train in our gala day squad. We appreciate their dedication and beautiful manners - GO SOUTH!! 15.01.2022 Thanks to Dalby High Year 11 drama students for performing Kids Alive pantomine about water safety for our Prep and Year 1 students this afternoon. It was an electric show with our students being able to participate. We were also luck to have the one and only Laurie Lawrence and some of his family join us for the performance. #stayalivedothefive #thanksDSHS

01.01.2022 Dalby South Senior Choir participated in workshop with and performance by Tibetan musician, Tenzin Choegyal this morning. They learnt about his musical instrument, a dranyen and sang a simple four-bar melody in the Tibetan language: ‘Om Mane Padme Hum’, which they learned during choir practice. Thanks to Camerata - Queensland's Chamber Orchestra for sponsoring this wonderful opportunity. There is also a free concert at Chinchilla High School at 7pm this evening. #camerataqld #lovedalbysouth

01.01.2022 Unfortunately due to current Covid-19 restrictions we will not be holding our Spring into Spring celebrations this year. We are looking forward to celebrating next year, where this year's current Preps will be able to join in, along with the 2021 Preppies.
