20.01.2022 Here at the DLC we strongly believe in our local community and one of the best ways of doing this is by supporting local, grass roots organisations. This month we donated $2,000 each to Dalby Meals on Wheels and Vinnies QLD Dalby. St Vinnies are providing assistance to farmers affected by the ongoing drought with vouchers at local businesses and Meals on Wheels are upgrading their kitchen so they can continue to meet growing demand.

We are currently searching for an individual with a high work ethic and keen eye for detail and consistency. While we are known as being a Club and produce food offerings that satisfy the needs of our patrons; we are striving to become more than is expected with this being a particularly exciting time with a new restaurant direction and menu to be launched in the very nea...r future. This is the chance for a confident individual with a minimum of 2 3 years experience to become part of something fresh and competitive within our region. You will be required to: Assist the Head Chef with kitchen operations Supervise where required Be confident grilling steaks Maintain product and presentation standards Work weekends and shift work as required Have the ability to produce specials Be a team player Be calm and respectful to others under pressure In return for your hard work, you will receive: A minimum of two consecutive days off per week Flexible rostering where possible A respectful and enjoyable place of work A considerate work life balance A competitive wage There is initially a minimum of 25-30 hours available and an immediate start is possible for the successful applicant.
