24.01.2022 Haven't we done such a good job so far, with our social distancing and hand hygiene. Good on us South Australia. So I think its safe for me to go back to work. Business opens again Monday 25th May. Times have altered slightly, to allow time between each appointment. That gives me time to wipe everything over without encroaching into your appointmemt time. Also means there will be one person in at a time, no crossover. As we know, the rules can change weekly so let's run with... this for now, until the next easing of restrictions. If you are at all concerned about returning please let me know and I will do what I can to ease your worry. I hope to see you at some stage in the near future. 12.01.2022 You may be aware there has been debate in parliament about which natural therapies should be covered by private health insurance. The latest information from ATMS (Aust Traditional Medicine Society) is that as of 1st April 2019 the list of claimable modalities will reduce considerably. Fortunately for me, remedial massage appears safe at the monent. So, if you are paying for private health insurance, please make sure you claim all that you can before the end of the year. If ...you use other natural therapies, ask your practitioner if their treatment will still be covered. 03.01.2022 As Christmas approaches, consider a massage voucher as a gift. I can post it to you if that is easier than you picking it up from Grange. Expiry date will be end of March 2019, so plenty of time after Christmas to use. (Of course, you can buy a voucher as a gift at any time, for any occasion).

03.01.2022 Can you guess the most common reason people give for putting up with pain and not having a massage?? Body image... that's right. Male and female. If that is your reason, please read on...... Excuses like "I don't want anyone to see me cos I am too fat, too skinny, too hairy, my skin is wrinkly, I am due for a wax, my varicose veins are bad, "..... yes heard them all plus more. Can I please put your mind at ease. You probably don't have anything that a therapist hasn't seen be...fore. And the only part of you that is exposed is what is being massaged. I don't want to see your bits either. You should be left alone to get both on and off the table, again so that your privacy is maintained. So please don't let that be the reason you put up with muscle soreness. Please give massage a go, with a qualified therapist (me??) and let me show you that whatever is holding you back isn't an issue.
