11.01.2022 Private Residence, Malvern East, 2013 Event brief: To create a superhero themed children's birthday party in a private residence. Outcome: The private residence was adorned with super hero themed paraphernalia on the exterior entrance of the property and in the interior, which hosted the main entertaining area. A major aspect of the event was to incorporate super hero themed entertainment for the children, appropriate for the age and number of attendees. Entertainment feature...s included super-hero themed jumping castle, live superhero and villain entertainers and super-hero outdoor themed games and contests. The food, all super-hero themed and age-appropriate, was a feature in the main entertainment area. A separate section of the residence was created to entertain parents, serving antipasti and light afternoon cocktails. Child supervisors were also hired for the event to ensure the safety and security of the children. 11.01.2022 The One By One Foundation, 2012. Event brief: To organize a large scale fundraising event on a limited charity budget that would still reflect the values of the charity and would allow for increased fundraising revenue. ... Outcome: The BMW Edge lobby was the perfect space with its iconic design, views and city location. The size also allowed for the event to grow and increase in numbers. Permits with the City of Melbourne were applied and Venue Sponsorship for the organization were granted. The African theme was chosen to reflect the organization’s location in Tanzania. The life-sized animals helped to create the atmosphere, along with the orange, red and yellow uplighting, the African doll themed centerpieces and African tapestry hanging with photos of the children. 04.01.2022 BCNA Charity Event, "Shades of Pink" Event Brief: Create a fundraiser for BCNA (Breast Cancer Network Australia). Outcome: We chose a fashion event to showcase new designer, Susan Rep. The laneway entry was up lit in pink and the pink carpet lined with magnolias with pink fairy lights created the wow for the entry. The name of the event, Shades of Pink was chosen to reflect BCNA and became the theme for the event. The venue was up-lit in pink. White draping was positioned... behind the slick black runway and sponsors were projected with the logo onto the draping. Podiums with mannequins dressed in clothing by top Australian designers such as, Nevenka, Life with Bird, Kirrily Johnston and Megan Park were a feature in the room.
