Charlotte is 13 years old and has been learning with Chelsea Cullen (DRSoM teacher) since she was 10. 19.01.2022 This Wednesday night we are having our end of term student showcase. Heres a snippet of 13-year-old Charlotte singing her performance song... come along and be blown away by her whole performance. Charlotte is an incredible singer/songwriter who has been having singing lessons at DRSoM for the last 4 years! (I think? Charlotte correct me if Im wrong). She had an expander put in her mouth the day before this video, making it a huge challenge to speak normally - but thats not stopping her from doing what she loves. Shes a legend! I cant wait to see Charlotte and all our other brave piano and vocal student perform on Wednesday night (27th June 7pm, 70 Dalkeith Rod, Nedlands). Party time! See you there!

13.01.2022 APPRECIATION POST. Brooke Wilson. Full stop. Enough said. If you know her, youll know how incredible she is. And if you dont, youve probably heard about her incredible-ness. Brooke has been part of the DRSoM since the very beginning, teaching violin and voice, conducting the DR Community Choir and being a key member of the schools board. She has inspired SO many students, parents, choir members, musicians (and just everyone really) through her work at the school. Sadly we... say farewell to our beautiful Brooke as she pursues full-time teaching amongst other amazing endeavours (including running @darling.music - an all-female acapella group!) We will miss her dearly, but she will be around! Filling in when she can at the school and as staff at @dalkeithroad church. We love you Brooke. The school wouldnt be what it has become without your leadership, dedication, sacrifice, vision and of course... excellence with heart. Thank you See more
