25.01.2022 The new addition to Agnew street pool area. What does everyone think, so I can give the artist some feedback. He was one in the original house mates back in 1995. He had his 21st birthday at the house. Good old days!!

17.01.2022 Our house is a hidden paradise. Best part is the property is the pool and entertainment area. A large Salt water pool area with sun lounges and shaded areas as well. Large undercover entertainment area as well, with Billiard table, BBQ facilities, gym, and outdoor lounge to relax in. There is also undercover off street parking available for you. Your housemates are all International. This is a large 2 level house that is self contained on each level (cooking, bathroom, and lo...unge on each level). with the entertainment area being the areas to hang out together. Couples room available in Seven Hills, Brisbane. We are looking for a clean and respectful young couple who are will to do their share in the daily house keeping. You must always remember someone is coming behind you....whether it be in the kitchen, bathroom, or even in the pool area. This is a really awesome house, with great housemates with a very International flavour. Your room has a double bed, with all linen supplied. A large wall of built in wardrobes, Desk and good space if you want to zone out. Well equipped Kitchen with everything you need. Dishwasher, microwave, and all the appliances needed for a comfortable stay. Includes ALL bills, unlimited Internet, and weekly cleaner for all common areas and Bathrooms.... so you are very spoiled with a relaxing lifetstyle. You are welcome to invite friends over for a swim and BBQ, But you must be considerate of the fact other people live there. It is NOT a PARTY house, (all quiet by 10pm).... but a nice relaxing social house, or you can certainly keep to yourselves you wish. Bus across the road goes to the City/Southbank and Fortitude valley. Morningside train station about an 8 minute walk. 10 mins to the City by Car. Minimum lease is 3 months. 2 weeks bond. Available from May 16th. Inspections welcome.

08.01.2022 ALL GIRL HOUSE has a Fantastic share room available in Hawthorne. (Zone 2). This is a beautiful house you will feel at home instantly. It has everything you will ever need! This room is actually 2 rooms in one. There is a large Bedroom, fully furnished with 2 x King single beds, tasteful linen, bedside tables, full length mirror and large chest of drawers, and wardrobe each. There is also an attached study room especially designed so that one can use whilst the other is sleep...ing. 2 x desks and good storage. Very comfortable space to share, and great way to save money. Close to bus, train and ferry. Newly renovated with new fully equipped kitchen, gas oven, dishwasher, unlimited internet, 2 showers, 2 toilets, back and front deck. Great access to Griffith (Southbank) QUT (gardens point) campus by ferry. Short bike ride to Shafston college as well along the bike track. Regular bus services at front door. 227, 230, 232, 235. Cross river ferry to funky Newfarm park for weekend markets and picnic with your friends. Close to Bulimba restaurants and cinema. This a large comfortable room is light and airy, fully furnished with Queen Bed, tasteful linen, desk, ceiling fan and lots of wardrobe space and tall boy dressing table. There are 2 x clean shared bathrooms. Modern well equipped kitchen, with everything you need. Come enjoy movie night in our "Ladies lounge" with comfy seating, and big screen TV.... Netflix included. This is our renovated Family Retro caravan put to good use. Price Includes Telstra NBN Internet, WEEKLY CLEANER for all common areas, all bills. Nothing more to pay. Other housemates are great girls who study and work. They are clean and friendly. No Boyfriends coming in, or staying over....it's strictly an all girl house, so no dramas to contend with.
