03.01.2022 I struggled with the whole meditation and or mindfulness and what it was supposed to look like and then I realised that putting on my favourite song and dancing around is another form of mindfulness. I focus on the song and the dance moves and take time out of thinking too much. When the pools open again Ill also be getting back to lap swimming which I also find great for so many reasons including mindfulness . All of this helps your mental and physical health .
