The Croatian ...Soccer Association of Australia Inc (CSAA) held a Special General Meeting (SGM) with all the member clubs earlier this evening to formalise the appointment. We would like to thank CSA Australia Savez and all member clubs for their unanimous support and understanding through this tough time. The tournament will be held from Thursday the 30th of September 2021 to Sunday the 3rd of October 2021. 16.01.2022 Our loyal members Johnny Cetinic & Jelena Cetinic along with dear friends Anelo & Marija Žeravica (Split, Croatia), have started a fundraising campaign with the help of the Director of the Djeji Dom Maestral Jelena Burazin, titled Children's Orphanage Sisak, Earthquake Relief (Djeji dom Vrbina Sisak). Not only are Johnny & Jelena members, Johnny also manages our Club's Men’s All Age Football Sqaud for Willoughby Dalleys FC - Seniors. His family business (Novi Constructio...ns), has also sponsored our football club for the past 6 years. Following the devastating earthquake/s that took place in Croatia, on the 29/12/20 (and ongoing), the children from the above orphanage, have been left displaced. Their home (dom), suffered considerable damage. The building has been deemed as ‘Red Flag’ inhabitable and will need to be demolished. This cause has been set up to collect money, to help the Orphanage rebuild or in some way provide help to reinstate some normality into the lives of these orphaned children. The goal has been set to raise $15,000.00. Having reached 75% of that amount to date. Any donations received over and above that amount, would be sincerely welcomed. The generosity of those that have already donated, is inspiring and all can take comfort, knowing that they have in some way, positively impacted the lives of these children. 14.01.2022 Further to our announcement about the cancelation of the 2020 Croatian Soccer Tournament on the 19th of April, we would like to advise you that a motion has off...icially been put forward to grant North Geelong Warriors FC the hosting rights of the 2021 Croatian Soccer Tournament of Australia. A Special General Meeting (SGM) of the Croatian Soccer Association of Australia Inc (CSAA) will be held on Thursday the 21st of May 2020 so that the member clubs can formalise the appointment of next year’s (2021) Croatian Soccer Tournament of Australia and New Zealand. We would like to thank the Savez and member clubs for their support and understanding to date. 12.01.2022 The Club will be re-opening on Friday, 19th June 2020 (6:00pm to 10:00pm) with new social distancing rules applying: * Capacity Limits - 50 persons, ensuring that we do not exceed the 1 person per 4m2 rule (excluding staff); * Signing in & out - Every member, guest & visitor will be required to sign in and out and provide their name & phone number for recording. This will enable contact tracing to be conducted if required;... * Consumption of alcohol & food - All patrons must be seated to consume food & alcohol. Table groups are to be no larger than 10 persons; * Asked to leave if unwell - Patrons showing symptoms of COVID-19 (fever, coughing, sneezing, sore throat) will be refused entry/asked to leave the Club's premises; *Sanitise hands upon entry & regularly - All patrons will be asked to sanitise their hands when entering the Club and are reminded to regularly sanitise their hands at the sanitising stations; * Queuing - If patrons are required to queue outside the Club entry or at the Bar/Bistro to place their order, all patrons are reminded to ensure they stand 1.5 metres from other patrons; * Limits on Bocce - Bocce games will be limited to groups of 10 persons per lane; * Dinner by reservation only - Patrons are required to make reservations for dining at the Club by calling 94501807 at least 24 hours prior (i.e., make a reservation on Thursday afternoon for a booking the following day, Friday).
