21.01.2022 Five visa changes will ensure international students are not worse off due to the coronavirus pandemic. The Government will recommence granting student visas in all locations lodged outside Australia. This means when borders re-open, students will already have visas and be able to make arrangements to travel. International students will be able to lodge a further student visa application free of charge, if they are unable to complete their studies within their original visa... validity due to COVID-19. Student visa holders studying online outside Australia due to COVID-19 will be able to use that study to count towards the Australian study requirement for a post-study work visa. Graduates who held a student visa will be eligible to apply for a post-study work visa outside Australia if they are unable to return due to COVID-19. Additional time will be given for applicants to provide English language results where COVID-19 has disrupted access to these services. See more

Closure of Victorian Centres Due to the current COVID-19 situation, our Victorian Centres will be closing. We are currently not accepting new bookings in Victoria. New bookings will become available once restrictions are eased by the Victorian Government. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to ensure the safety of our customers and staff. Please visit the Home Affairs website for more information or contact your Visa Processing Officer. For customers with existing bookings in one of our Victorian Centres, you will be notified shortly that your appointment has been cancelled and will need to be rescheduled once restrictions are eased and services recommence. 10.01.2022 Happy Mooncake Festival The Dalton College Mooncake Festival Party was held this Wednesday (11 September, 2019). Our staff members and students had a great time together and learnt about this Chinese tradition and the history of the Mid-Autumn Festival. We also had a chef teaching students how to make their own mooncakes. The event was very enjoyable with attendees providing positive feedback.

If a studen...t or staff member has travelled to Hubei Province, China, within the past 14 days, isolation is recommended for 14 days after leaving Hubei Province. If a student or staff member has been in close contact with a confirmed case of a novel coronavirus, isolation is recommended for 14 days after the last contact with the confirmed case. Students and staff in these circumstances should not attend college and must avoid contact with other students and staff. If you came back from mainland China recently, or if you have been indirect, extended contact with people who have travelled through Hubei Province, we ask that you please contact Dalton College on +61 3 9043 1668 to discuss your personal circumstances and attendance requirement before coming to campus.
