21.01.2022 Today we finished off an electrical sub room air conditioning upgrade. We removed and replaced two Temperzone under ceiling cassettes that were at the end of their serviceable life. We installed two new Hitachi under ceiling cassettes, one 16kw and one 14kw.... The install was carried out to building specifications. -25mm fire rated refrigeration piping insulation - Fire rating of wall penetrations - Anti Vibration pads underneath condensing units - 25mm Fire rated polyblocks and bronco pipe saddles We were super stoked with the finished product and our client was to! #hitachi #commercialairconditioning #actrol #reece

18.01.2022 Recently we have been working on a butcher’s shop refurbishment in Seven Hills. So far we have replaced the freezer room condensing unit, this was previously mounted in the shopping centre ceiling space (not ideal). We installed a new unit on the roof of the centre, 30m of new piping and new metering device. We also replaced the door heater, door trim, door seal and pressure relief port.... We also repaired the walk in coolroom, this had a faulty compressor and was a quick and easy fix! Lastly we have roughed in the piping for the new custom display which is due in next week.

15.01.2022 Our rough in works for this doctors consult in Wollongong came up a treat. We installed a Hitachi mini VRF comprising of one 14kw FCU and one 8kw FCU. All sheet metal, flex duct, refrigeration piping, condensate and interconnecting wiring were supplied and installed to the highest standard!... (Power by others.....) #hitachi #mickeymouse

14.01.2022 Sometimes we work in places that aren’t the nicest! Over the past two days we completely upgraded a Veterinary science specimen storage room. New condensing unit, pipework, evaporator and drain line.... This room will now continue to help the up and coming veterinarians of Sydney! #refrigeration #pipework

14.01.2022 Our first job for 2020 was installing and commissioning this butcher shop display cabinet! The condenser is fitted with a VSD for suction pressure control. The cabinet is fitted with a back to base monitoring system.... The cabinet, condenser and monitoring system were engineered and supplied by Stratton Global.

13.01.2022 Today’s hot weather kept us very busy! One of the more pressing issues was a distress call from this fruit shop, their 10m display case and storage coolroom were both running high temperatures. A thorough clean out of the two condensing coils turned their problems around very quickly! ... Regular servicing can help you avoid damage to your refrigeration or air conditioning system! A simple condenser clean before summer will ensure your fridge OR air conditioner will get you through the hot months!

13.01.2022 A couple of snaps from our Lindfield shop fitout, these works were carried out for Total Fitouts. All new supply/return air grilles Re arranging of outlets for aesthetics Testing and commissioning of the exisiting units ... The fitout looks great!

08.01.2022 We finished installing this 25kw Daikin split ducted system last week, it replaced the existing under performing 18kw Accent air system. This unit is now keeping the chemistry lab at a constant temperature, experiments are now easier and more comfortable!

08.01.2022 A quick leak test and repair ensured this pubs upstairs bar fridges were back online and keeping the drinks cold just in time for the weekend!

07.01.2022 Our West Pymble bottle shop upgrade work is complete and running! We installed the new bottle cabinet, installed the new condensing unit, ran all new piping and commissioned the system. The compressor is cycled on a Danfoss VSD for steady suction pressure control, this also saves the customer loads on power!... We also replaced the coolroom doors and frame. The cabinet, condenser and doors/frame were supplied by Stratton Global. #refrigeration #beer #wine

01.01.2022 Today we finished the pipe up of two small Daikin VRV’s serving 4 classrooms. Both systems comprise of one 28kw VRV condensing unit serves two classrooms with a total of four 7kw high wall FCU’s.
