This includes an explanation of the worker's requirements. ... - Ensure the nature of consultation is consistent with requirements under section 48 of the WHS Act. This includes the sharing of relevant information and allowing workers a reasonable opportunity to contribute. - Ensure consultation occurs as required under section 49 of the WHS Act. If a process for consultation has been agreed with workers, the consultation must be performed in accordance with those terms. This process must also be monitored and reviewed at a regular interval to ensure that it remains the most effective form of consultation.
