In her message, she explained that her garden was out of control but she couldn’t afford much due to some of the hardship she is currently facing, for obvious reasons I won’t go into details but this kind hearted, single mother of two was in a crappy situation without many options available and to top the matter off, she was recently told her rental home will be sold within a few months and she will have ...to move!! Her gardens were small but out of control, so it was a big job! I have recently received a lot of help and support from the Gold Coast community which did help my partner and myself through a very tough time!! I am writing a post to inform you all of a big chance in the way I operate.... I have made the decision to cut back from working 6 days a week to 3 days a week!! Our new operating days are now, Monday, Tuesday and Saturdays. I have recently decided to cut back my operating days to focus on the mental health and well-being of my family and myself. Over the past few years we have had face a lot of unexpected challenges, health issues and loss of family members and friends. Personally I’ve never been the type to get to upset or stressed, being sad or depressed was something we never spoke about growing up. Now that I am mostly grown() and my partner and I want to start a family, I have started to have issues arise from my past, such as the passing of my father. On Tuesday we received a fake letter from someone impersonating council and sending us a noise complaint about our dog. The next day he has ended up in emergency care and has been there for the last three days with suspected baiting or snake bite (please read story below). Kobi has been through a range of testing everyday to determine what’s happened and the bill is rapidly climbing. He has h...ad a range of blood tests, X-rays, ultrasound and has been treated for both with an anti venom and vitamin K incase of rat baiting. He is still in intensive care with extremely low glucose and platelet levels which leaves him at risk of having an internal bleed. With our bill to rise above $8000 we are doing all we can to raise funds to cover his costs, get him diagnosed and the treatment he deserves. I am offering discounts on all my services from lawn mowing, property clearance, removals, gardening, handyman services and anything else around the house that may need doing with 100% proceeds going towards Kobi’s funding. My partner is also selling her art from @rusticfig.design on instagram in exchange for donations towards Kobi.
