24.01.2022 Got some great storms today, got a couple of shots on the run :)

20.01.2022 I dont know I just have to share this, screen grab from my workflow, crappy quality I know, shot in the dark but there is no other way to show this.. There are moments at a wedding when your shooting and you think "awww thats cute..."... "aww look a the kids...." "awww look at how she is looking at her new husband...." and then there are moments of "wow, she really doesn't care about anyone in the entire room but him... and then the look is reciprocated..."

20.01.2022 SO today I captured the wedding of a couple of the local Rural Fire and urban fire Volunteers Katie and Luke, it was a fun day, very early start, first beers at 07:30am, but hey I guess it is early openers somewhere in the world. :) Congratulations to Katie and Luke it was a great day, the weather turned in on for us (perhaps a little too much glare) no better location than Woody Point and the Belvedere Hotel, Woody Point!

19.01.2022 So today I went and photographed a family. it was a very mixed emotion photo shoot, you see, 96five contacted me to capture some special memories with a very specific audience in mind.. Sue Smith the mother of Katrina Martin. you see, Sue Smith has been driving her husband to and from Buderim Hospital as he battles terminal cancer. More recently, Sue herself has been diagnosed with cancer and drives to and from Buderim Hospital and her own appointments in Brisbane. As both p...arents face increasingly testing circumstances, the family has all gathered locally to share important time together. Katrina’s sister, along with her husband and seven children have flown from America to be here. When I was contacted by 96FiveFM my first response was "yes" now whats the question. It has been a humbling experience to be part of this life event, though sad, it does show people come together when they are needed.
