23.01.2022 As a trainer I don't believe in asking anyone to do something that I am not willing to do but I will ask you push yourself. Just as I ask you to, I push myself daily to reach new goals. Even a trainer has to work hard to smash out goals. New PB's dont come easy, including my new PB of 100kg bench press!
