25.01.2022 Oh gang, we are so gutted by how many weddings are getting postponed. I [Ange] am literally sitting at my desk with tears in my eyes, this is not only scary for us as a business, but heartbreaking for us as people knowing how much love and excitement everyone has had in the lead up to their weddings. To those couples who had us booked for a date within the next 6 months, please keep an eye on your phones and emails, were sending you a video shortly. 25.01.2022 I personally think a solid, masculine, pre-wedding groom portrait is underrated. I personally approach a wedding where the bride and groom are as equally important as each other. 24.01.2022 Hey gang, just wanted to make sure you all know were here to stay! One of the advantages of our studio being on the same block of land as our house is that even when we do go into full lockdown [which in reality, we pretty much are already], we can still work. So if youre one of our recent wedding couples, have a date booked with us, or are looking to book, please read on... we look forward to speaking to you all soon! Ange + Dave [+ Whitney] To all our recent wedding coupl...es: Were doing what we were always going to do with regard to your video edits [Whits working on them from home], and prints/albums. Yes, we may need to do a couple of meetings via video call, for example, to finalise your album designs, but when this is all over well be going back to seeing everyones faces in person like we normally would. To future wedding couples: Were sorry we cant see you face-to-face at the moment, but we sure can speak on the phone and wed love to see your faces on a video call. Obviously Engagement Shoots will now have to wait until the germs go away, but everything else we can do electronically. Those who have had their e-shoot recently, well send you a link to your gallery ASAP. For couples looking to book us: We can send you tonnes of links to sample videos, blogs and album designs. We can video call and we can answer as many questions as you need to ask. We can also book your date for you without you having to confirm which collection you want to go for - sometimes its really hard to decide things like whether to get an album or not when you cant see and touch one in person, so we dont expect you to do that! In the meantime, take care of yourselves, give all the hugs to the ones in your household and Id say seeya-on-the-flip-side, but were not going anywhere, so as our little Charli says "Seeeeeeya" P.S. 24.01.2022 If you know Brooke, you know her love for horses. So it was a given that she would have a horse-drawn cart included in her wedding. But Brooke wanted to ride a horse on her wedding day, so they were unhooked from their wagon and Brooke rode this gorgeous massive horse named Horus, (hope weve got the spelling right). 23.01.2022 Wowee, what a perfect day that was Emily & Jacobs wedding. From the rainforest to the farm, to the bay, their special day had absolutely everything and we feel so blessed to have been able to capture it! Their ceremony was so beautifully intimate and their vows were so full of emotion that I dont think there was a single dry eye in the whole of Tara Bulga [and so, naturally, we couldnt resist putting a bit of their vows into their highlights]! We also loved meeting their... furry [and scaly] friends and were super glad that Emily + Jacob were down to have some pictures taken with them before heading down to Port Albert to greet their NON-scaly friends at their reception. Stairs are quite commonly used in wedding photography, typically the couple would stand on the stairs. 20.01.2022 We are currently on the search for 3-4 people (predominantly men) that would be available this weekend/early next week to be filmed and photographed for an upcoming project centred around mental health in Victoria. This would be an outdoor/active type shoot, and we are happy to travel within reason to wherever you are based within Gippsland/East Gippsland. We are happy for all 3-4 people to be from the same family (in fact, it would probably make it a lot easier), provided that there are at least two men involved in the shoot. We will also be adhering to current restriction requirements - Being that masks must be worn, and 1.5m social distancing is being practiced. 19.01.2022 I think one of the best things about this image is when Brooke asked if we could do this shot I mentioned you need to be able to write the word backwards. So Brooke & Daniel went out and got some tracing paper, wrote the word love and flipped it and started practising writing love backwards, thats commitment, to get the shot, I just had to do my bit.

19.01.2022 Amidst all of the current chaos, Brooke & Daniel lived out their perfect fairytale wedding at the beautiful Mewburn Park, and we were lucky enough to be able to capture it in both video and stills! Seriously though, this wedding was like something out of a Disney movie, and couldnt have been more perfect and fitting for these guys! 17.01.2022 The other week we had Noelle & Travis come along to the Avon River in Stratford for a cute little engagement shoot! We wanted to try something a bit different with these guys though, so we set up a little 'interview' type scenario, and got the love birds talking about each other! 09.01.2022 Sharna & Lees day was absolutely perfect. They were both so incredibly chilled out and clearly just happy to be getting married to one another! Although it was Sharna & Lees special day, we must say that their gorgeous daughter Isla totally stole the show - Though we doubt they would have had it any other way! They spent their day at The Vines on Avon surrounded by friends and family that they loved, a top-notch lolly bar, and had a 2 person bridal party which was super intimate and made for many laughs between the four of them. Both Dave + Whitney also had an awesome time tackling the video side of things for the day, and we wish Sharna & Lee all the best for their future as husband and wife!
