24.01.2022 Doing the Tangoette at our Valentines Dance
23.01.2022 Our next dance will be this Saturday night - 11th May. It is our 1st Anniversary dance and the theme for the night wii be ‘one’ so get your creative thinking caps on and come dressed appropriately. Our lesson this Thursday night will be the Galaxy Rumba with a revision of the Alpha Waltz. Look forward to seeing you
21.01.2022 Update: Since the Respite Centre has regained control of the Hall at Woorim Golden Age where we have previously held our Dances, we have been unable to regain access to the Hall. We have now acquired access to the Main Auditorium/Dance Floor at the Bribie RSL Club and we will be hosting a Dance there every Tuesday - 2:30 to 4:00pm. There is no entrance fee. The Dance will follow the same format as our Saturday night Dances. Please join us
20.01.2022 Our Dance last Saturday - 22nd June - was another very successful evening. Latin, Ballroom, New Vogue Sequence dances, Tango and Solo Dances - It’s all there at our Dance. Our next dance will be our ‘Christmas in July’ celebration on Saturday 20th July. Come along for wonderful dancing and great food on this night. Our venue is the Golden Age hall at 96 Arcadia St, Woorim. We also have dancing lessons at this venue on a Thursday night from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm - cost $3 pp. This week we will be teaching the Rosealie Rumba and some freestyle Rumba moves.
20.01.2022 We gave our first lesson at the Bribie RSL yesterday - the beautiful Emmerdale Waltz. Next Tuesday, 13th August we will be teaching the Red Rose Saunter. This is a Ballroom Foxtrot. Our lesson is from 1:00pm to 2:30pm. We then have a dance from 2:30pm to 4:00pm
19.01.2022 Hello All, Our next Lesson and Dance at the Bribie RSL will be next Tuesday, 1st October. Our Lesson (1:00 - 2:30pm) will be the wonderful Argentine Stroll. This is a Tango and has many beautiful moves in it. Men - we just love to Tango!... This will be followed by our Dance. Come along and dance all those dances that you have learnt. We will put on a fantastic Dance Program with all our beautiful music. Our motto - More Dancers doing more dances more often See you Tuesday - Yours, Donna and Gary
16.01.2022 I've been thinking out a Club 'Mission Statement' or 'Moto' and I came up with - 'More Dancers doing more dances and dancing more often'. It certainly encapsulate what we are doing with Dance Bribie Dance Club. Could it be too long though? Any thoughts?
12.01.2022 We had our 1st Anniversary DANCE Bribie dance last night - 11th May. What a fun night it was too! The traditional birthday-sparkling wine was accompanied by a night of fun dancing. Smiles all around. Here’s to many more years of dancing at the DANCE Bribie Dance Club.
07.01.2022 I'm in the process of devising a dance which I am going to call the 'Woorim Waltz' which will be a sequence of waltz moves - not too many and not too difficult. Looking forward to teaching it!
07.01.2022 Hello Our next free Lesson and Dance will be Tuesday 19th November - usual venue: Bribie RSL Auditorium - usual time: 1:00 to 4:00 pm. We will be revising the beautiful Argentine Stroll. Come along, stretch your legs, dance some wonderful dances and have fun.

03.01.2022 Our Saturday Night Dance on 16th March was a 'Cross Dress' Theme. The 'guys' and the girls did a great effort to really Dress Up. Thank you to all who attended.

01.01.2022 Our next Lesson & Dance will be 24th September at the Bribie RSL Auditorium from 1-4pm. During our Lesson (1 - 2:30) we will be teaching the Miami Rumba and revising the Emmerdale Waltz and the Red Rose Saunter. This will be followed by our fun Dance where you get to dance the dances you love. Come along, learn some new dances and Have Fun.
