17.01.2022 WOW!! What a fabulous night it was! A huge thank you from the Dance-O-Thon team to all who came along and participated so enthusiastically - from hula hooping tiny children to 'Zumba-ing' grandparents. We have nearly reached our goal of $30 000 funds raised which is fantastic. Let's beat that goal - so please keep urging friends, family and colleagues to continue to donate in support of your marathon effort. 01.01.2022 Great news at the Ovarian Cancer Australia offices this morning. Bill Shorten visited with Catherine King (Shadow Health Minister), chatted to women with ovarian cancer and held a press conference pledging $8 million to ovarian cancer research if elected! It is very heartening to see ovarian cancer getting a much needed higher profile.
