25.01.2022 Today's photos we will take you to Africa and Jamaica with the tiny tots and primas, intermediate jazz girls and our hip hoppers. Looking forward to seeing everyone dancing on the stage this afternoon for our rehearsals at the Pilbeam Theatre. Don't forget to come in your Dance Star uniforms or black and red and remember your props and smiles!!!

23.01.2022 Last virtual dance exam for 2020!!! Alicia sat her Gold Star Classical Ballet Exam today A wonderful effort from her as Alicia is also completing her year 12 final exams!! A big effort from her - well done

23.01.2022 New class at Dance - Dance Minis!! This class will be on Saturday morning 9.15-10.00am for 2-5 years olds (will incorporate our tiny tot and prima classes) Class will include dance warm-ups and stretches, fairy ballet, free movement, jazz (moving and grooving) and tumble fun! ... If you know any littlies who would like to be part of this class, please let them know!!!

19.01.2022 NEW DANCE CLASS STARTING!! YOUNG ADULT DANCE CLASS... Have you always wanted to continue your love of dance in a fun social environment? Then we are looking for you!! This year has been challenging both mentally and physically with staying motivated on a weekly regime. Dance Star Studio is introducing a new dance class starting Monday 27 July for young adults who wish to continue to learn different dance styles, fitness, flexibility in a social class. 15.01.2022 Our first break up of the year... The adult group had a wonderful night celebrating at the Red Lion!!! Lots of fun and laughs and talk about what we will get up to next year!!! Anyone is welcome to join our group - it really is about fun (and we do some dancing on the way) and it is a great group of gals - come along and give it a try!!!

Charlotte Peacock Junior Award (under 12 years) Jasmine and Charlotte have both been wonderful students at Dance Star for many years and have been involved in all types of dance, eisteddfods, dancing out at functions, exams and concerts. They are looking forward to being fantastic role models to all Dance Star students this year and we know they will be!! Congratulations girls have a great year!!

07.01.2022 And that’s a wrap... so incredibly proud of all my dance stars yesterday!! You all danced beautifully!! And not only 1 concert but 2 concerts!!! Amazing effort from everyone!! Backstage was hectic but everyone was calm and helpful and it was not stressful at all. Such a wonderful group of students we have!! Seniors you were just fabulous and without you all we couldn’t have put on the two shows. A big hug to you all Hope to see you all at our break ups on Saturday!! ... Here are some shots i got yesterday at concert!!!

07.01.2022 First week of dancing done for 2021! It has been great seeing everyone come back and enjoying their classes!! This morning we had a lovely time with the littlies and lots of strengthening and conditioning for our acro class!! Looking forward to week 2 - don’t forget to put aside 5 - 10 minutes each day for stretching to help you!!
