Even though everyone in Dance @ SJ was fully focused on their showcase practise they still made my daughters feel welcome and they fitted right in. I love the personal Year in Review notes as well as all the friendly staff & parents. My daughters have grown so much and absolutely LOVE dancing @ SJ!!"

24.01.2022 ~ BEAMING WITH PRIDE ~ Congratulations to our Miss Jenna who has been accepted into ED5 to complete her Advanced Diploma in Performing Arts! Miss Jenna began at SJ as a student back in 2015 enrolling, at first, in just one hip hop class weekly. Her passion quickly grew and soon enough she was loving every class including troupe and privates, soaking up every opportunity we threw her way. ... Enrolling in the DanceStep Assistant Teacher program next and being mentored by Miss Sarah, Miss Jenna began teaching her own classes, passing down her own knowledge, passion and dedication to our very lucky #SJKIDS. To say we are proud of how you have blossomed as a dancer and a teacher would be such an understatement. We know this is a dream come true for you and without you even realising it you are an inspiration to your students. 13.01.2022 Tiny Stars Pre-School Dance @ SJ! We specialise in our Tiny dancers (ages 2-5) in age split levels with our hour of FUN in Jazz, Tap and Ballet! The perfect FIRST CLASS for your Tiny Star giving them a taster of all 3 classes. Shooting stars: Ages 2-3... Super Stars: Ages 3-4 Pre Primary: Ages 4-5 Small class sizes and a TONNE of imagination = the BEST first dance experience. Inside the Dancers learn fairy ballet, with wands, wings and everything pretty, training in the fundamentals of ballet. Add in a tea party and a real life fairy and Tiny Stars can't get enough- while learning to point their toes and balance! In Jazz we bop, stretch and leap focusing on coordination and confidence to get the Tiny Stars grooving to the beats! Marracas and a huge parachute for extra Co-operation, we see the Tiny Dancers confidence SOAR! We finish our lesson with some TAP! The dancers favourite!
