22.01.2022 After all the negativity on A Current Affair and some people rubbishing travel agents this is a great expanantion of the delays in refunds. Take a moment to watch this as it explains the system very well. We are all suffering at this time and the Travel industry has been hit extremely hard and will probably be one of the last ones to even be allowed to start trying to get back to normal We work long and hard to make our clients happy and at this time we mostly all working for nothing to try and help people get refunds or credits. Please remember us when we are allowed to travel again and support your travel consultants.

Please remember to book with your local travel agent (or me) and not online. We need to keep our dollars in Australia and help keep Australian travel providers in business and Aussie travel agents in work. Please note that most online travel booking companies are owned by overseas companies so each time you book a hotel or flight online you are sending your money overseas. 20.01.2022 OK that's enough now Corona - I wanna get back to work and also start travelling again!! All of the photos that keep popping up on my screen are bringing back so many great memories of just how fortunate I really am to have been to so many amazing places - here are just a few. At least we can keep dreaming and planning for the next one - looks like we have plenty of time for planning! It may have to be domestic for this year but hopefully we can all get back to all the beautiful places that this big amazing world has to offer.

08.01.2022 ANOTHER reason you need to book holidays through a licensed travel consultant. Just this month another supplier of hotel bookings and tour activities went bust leaving a lot of people stranded. People who paid for accommodation arrived only to find that when they went to check in that their rooms had been cancelled. If people had booked on line then there is no come back. All clients that were booked through GO TOURS TRAVEL have been covered and not left in the lurch. Sadly those who don’t use agents will simply lose their money.
