23.01.2022 Melbourne Fringe got the Government go-ahead to bring hundreds of (physically distanced) participants together to shake off lockdown in a spectacular new work choreographed by Stephanie Lake! MULTIPLY has been created as a response to social isolation in 2020, and registrations are open to anybody over the age of 18. Participants will learn the moves on the day, spaced 2 metres apart (fear not, we have a full COVID-Safe plan) and then the final performance will be filmed. Melbourne Fringe Stephanie Lake Company

This screendance work merges audience with smartphone and stage with socially-distanced public to reconceptualise contact-points between viewers across neighbourhoods, oceans, and browsers.
